Stay away! Bourcier is a disaster of a company that takes no responsibility for their products. They simply do not care about their customers. My windows were purchased and installed in 2013 (new home construction). They do not shut properly. You'll find snow and ice indoors throughout the winter, with rooms that are impossible to heat, unless forced shut from outdoors. See the pic! Bourcier has refused to address the problem because they claim that I am not the customer. Their customer is the contractor, who declared bankruptcy, so although they do not deny the windows are theirs, they refuse to fix the problem. How convenient and slimy! I decided to replace the 7-year-old defective Bourcier windows. You can be sure I won't be purchasing replacement windows from Bourcier, even though they now sell FenPlast, which are much better quality.

Service wasn't 100%, went there to look at doors and ask questions and the guy didn't even seem interested in talking to us, I felt it was an English vs. French thing because when another couple walked in speaking French he was quick to go help them even though we weren't done asking questions...repeatedly sent us a quote with my husbands last name spelled wrong even though we gave all the correct information and had to keep asking to have the quote in English and was told they didn't have an English version available until I kept insisting I wasn't agreeing to buying anything without a proper quote in my 1st language then finally I received it...when the door was delivered they sent a man who looked about 60 ALONE and I had to help carry a pretty heavy door up steps into our house after paying 75 for delivery and being told that amount was the the gas and time for the men delivering it, it's a 2 man job! We paid enough for this door to have it delivered and not have to lift it ourselves! Very annoyed and disappointed!

Acheter vitre coulissante voilà 10 mois et l.eau rentre dans la maison et les fenêtres tu les bouge tellement il y a un lousse ...mais c.es normal d.apres eux autre .....pas satisfait

Il n'assume pas leurs éreurs Il nous ont proposé de nouveau désigne pour nos fenêtres. Ont a fait la demande claire sur 23 Fenêtres ont modifiait les volets que sur la grande fenêtre de façade et que toute le reste restais comme d'origine. Ils ont imprimer le contrat il nous l'ont fait signer et il ont oublier de remetre une des fenêtre de la façade comme d'origine. Dans l'action nous n'avons pas remarquée que le petit désin avais les volets différant du reste de la commande. Résultat il dise que nous somme responsable même si ont leur avais dit comme dorigine et qu'il ont refait les desseins de toute les fenêtres sauve une qu'il ont oublié 1 sur 22 Il veulle nous recharger le même prix que l'original pas de prise en charge de rien nous devont même repayer pour l'instalation.
